This leadership role is responsible for plant performance, team supervision, safety and quality compliance, budget management, and continuous operational improvement.

Responsibilities
Oversee processing operations including cleaning, sizing, splitting, loading/unloading, and maintenance coordination
Ensure food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
Manage equipment performance, grain specifications, and receiving standards
Identify operational issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
Lead and supervise staff and contractors
Drive continuous improvement aligned with Lean Six Sigma principles
Support budget preparation and cost control
Contribute to profit and cash flow objectives
Monitor KPIs and implement optimization strategies
Collaborate with leadership to align operational strategy
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent
Minimum 10 years management experience in a processing facility
Lean Six Sigma certification required
Budget management experience
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
Proficiency in maintenance planning software
