We are seeking an experienced Auto Service Advisor with 1-2 years of automotive or related industry experience to join our professional service team.

Key Responsibilities:
-Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
-Listen to customer concerns and accurately create/write work orders
-Communicate repair recommendations, estimates, and timelines
-Coordinate between the parts and service departments
-Order parts and source parts for technicians and customers as needed
-Ensure parts availability aligns with repair schedules
-Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments
-Maintain clear communication with technicians and customers throughout the repair process
Qualifications:
-Minimum 12 years automotive or similar industry experience - required
-Strong customer service and communication skills
-Experience creating and managing work orders
-Professional phone etiquette
-Basic automotive knowledge required
-Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
-Drivers license in good standing
-PBS software system knowledge an asset
