AGT Foods is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our Regina Head Office team.

Duties:

    Managing high volume of invoices and inquiries
    Accurate data entry of accounts payable vouchers
    Accurate coding of invoices
    Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
    Performing cheque runs and EFTs
    Ensure quality communication and dialogue with vendors and staff
    Perform effective verbal and written communication in person, by phone and by email
    Reconciling vendor statements
    Managing AP inbox
    Reception desk coverage
    Perform other related duties as required

Employment Requirements:

    Recent graduate in accounting; experience in bookkeeping or accounts payable an asset
    Strong math and data entry skills
    Attention to detail
    Ability to multi-task
    Fluent in English
    Excellent written and oral communication skills
    Ability to work effectively as a team member
    Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
    Punctual, meticulous and reliable
    Professional, enthusiastic, and personable customer service skills
