Position Overview
The Tattoo Artist at North Ink Inc. is responsible for creating custom tattoos that align with client vision while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and artistic excellence. This role combines technical skill, creativity, and strong customer service to deliver a premium studio experience.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct client consultations to discuss design ideas, placement, and expectations
Create original custom designs or adapt reference artwork
Perform tattoos using professional techniques and high-quality equipment
Follow all sanitation, sterilization, and health regulations at all times
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation
Provide clear aftercare instructions and follow-up guidance
Manage appointments, scheduling, and client communication
Build and maintain a professional portfolio
Promote work through social media and personal marketing (as appropriate)
Represent North Ink Inc. with professionalism and positive client interaction

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a professional tattoo studio
Specialization in specific styles (fine line, realism, black and grey, traditional, etc.)
First Aid/CPR certification
Experience with digital design tools (Procreate, Adobe, etc.)
