Accountabilities
Maintain the EVM framework and integrate discipline-level progress data
Support the evaluation, tracking, and reporting of scope, cost, and schedule changes, including change orders and contingencies, to ensure accurate and consistent performance reporting across costs, project schedule, and risks
Maintain the project budget by managing spending approvals through the SCT, handling contingencies and budget transfers, and ensuring follow-up on necessary actions with management
Lead quantity surveying and progress measurement, ensuring consistency, traceability, and audit readiness
Own and maintain the project risk register, and lead cross-functional risk identification, assessment, and mitigation
Facilitate resolution of critical project risks related to execution, engineering progress, contracts, commissioning, and operational readiness
Verify contractor and supplier invoices for contractual compliance and accuracy
Support audit and assurance activities, including data validation, documentation, and responses
Provide functional leadership and accountability for the quality, timeliness, and consistency of project controls outputs, including coordination across project and Finance teams
Qualifications
Degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field, with 5-10 years of progressive project controls experience on $100500M capital projects is required
The chosen candidate will also be required to provide an original Criminal Record Check that is satisfactory to SRC prior to the commencement of any employment duties. The Criminal Record Check must have been executed within the preceding 30 days of receipt.
