Description

This full-time, seasonal position (a member of the CUPE Union Local 5340 after 30 days of employment) is primarily responsible for the safe, effective, and efficient delivery of pool-related programming, including instructing swimming lessons, under the direction of the Pool Manager and with the assistance of the Senior and Junior Lifeguards. Maintaining a cohesive team environment, the safety of the patrons, and the cleanliness of the facility are always a top priority, and prompt, courteous service while helping to ensure the daily operations of the pool facility are carried out per the Managers guidance is expected.
