Grant Hall Hotel is currently seeking an experienced, outgoing, hardworking, and proactive individual to support our Front Office operations. If you are a responsible team player with a positive attitude and a passion for hospitality, we want to hear from you!
Position: Front Office Associate
Job Type: Part Time
Schedule: (2-3) 8-hour shifts per week
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct all incoming calls and emails professionally and efficiently
Process and confirm guest room reservations
Greet, register, and assign rooms to arriving guests
Keep accurate records of Front Office inventory
Present final statements to departing guests and process payments
Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and work area
Monitor hotel security systems and conduct routine property checks
Ensure guest and staff safety throughout the overnight shift
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Confident telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Ability to resolve guest concerns calmly and effectively
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Technical Knowledge & Experience:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and internet navigation
Comfortable with social media platforms
Basic knowledge of clerical duties and simple accounting procedures
Previous front desk or hospitality experience is preferred
