Position Summary
Join our team as a Technical Support professional who helps keep the Citys technology running smoothly. You will support users, solve technical issues, manage accounts, and assist with the deployment of new hardware and software. This role is key to ensuring that our end user environment is reliable, secure, and aligned with business needs.
