Position Summary
The Human Resources Consultant, Organizational Well Being, strengthens workplace culture and supports leaders through programs that enhance employee experience, learning, and organizational effectiveness. You will partner with leaders to understand their goals, identify challenges, and design people centered solutions that support growth, change, and performance across the organization.
What You Bring
- Strong knowledge of human resources practices, organizational development and learning methods
- Skill in program design, facilitation, coaching and digital learning tools
- Ability to analyze data, solve complex issues and guide leaders through change
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills across all levels
