Position Summary
The Cross Functional Solutions Coordinator leads a team that delivers reliable business technology services across the organization. You will guide endpoint lifecycle management, software deployment and service performance while supporting strategic planning and a secure, high performing digital workplace. This role blends leadership, technical insight and a focus on operational excellence.
What You Bring
- Strong knowledge of modern technology solutions, endpoint practices and service management
- Experience with M365, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Entra and current deployment tools
- Skill in project planning, problem solving and supporting change across teams
- Clear communication and relationship building abilities with a collaborative approach
