Job Description:
Holiday Inn Express is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests and will help ensure a positive and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner
Check guests in and out efficiently
Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
Process reservations, cancellations, and payments
Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
Maintain accurate guest records and cash handling procedures
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff as needed
Ensure front desk and lobby areas are clean and organized.
Qualifications:
Previous front desk or customer service experience is an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills (knowledge of hotel booking systems is an asset)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Working Conditions:
