About ECIP Regina
The Early Childhood Intervention Program (ECIP) is a non-profit organization. We provide family-centered, home-based services to children from birth to 6 years of age- who are at risk for, have a diagnosis of, or exhibit developmental delays. Our vision: All families have the capacity to meet the developmental needs of their children within the community of their choice.
ECIP Regina works in the spirit of Truth and Reconciliation, acknowledging our office is located on Treaty 4 Territory, the original lands of the Cree, Saulteaux, Dakota, Nakota, Lakota, and homeland of the Mtis Nation.

As an Early Childhood Consultant, you will:
    Support families through home visits and community-based   programming.
    Develop individualized Family Service Plans in collaboration with parents/caregivers.
    Provide developmental guidance and coaching to families.
    Coordinate services with professionals such as speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and educators.
    Assist with transitions to childcare or school programs.
Key Responsibilities
    Conduct developmental screenings and assessments.
    Build strong, respectful relationships with families.
    Deliver evidence-based strategies to promote child development.
    Maintain accurate documentation and case notes.
    Advocate for families and connect them to community resources.

Qualifications
-Early Childhood Education Level III, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
-Knowledge of child development
-Experience creating programs for children who have, or are at risk of developmental delays and/or diagnoses
-Strong communication and collaboration skills
-Must have a minimum level of CLB 7 for English Language in all four (4) language categories
-Ability to work independently and in a team environment
-Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check
-Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
