Description

Oungre Memorial Regional Park is currently seeking a dedicated, motivated and organized Park Administrator to lead daily campground operations and deliver an exceptional visitor experience. This role overseas administratration, staff supervision, customer service, financial tracking, and coordination of park maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage campground operations, reservations, guest relations, and onsite facilities
Combination of indoor administrative work and outdoor site supervision which requires standing, walking and light physical work.
Supervise park staff and coordinate staff schedules with other managers
Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards in conjunction with Saskatchewan REgional Park operations and requirements
Oversee financial operations including budgeting and reporting in collaboration with bookkeeper
Promote community engagement and help organize events
Provide professional, friendly customer service
Qualifications:
Relevant experience in recreation, hospitality or campground administration
Strong organizational and leadership skills is a requirement
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Basic Budgeting and computer skills including booking software and Quickbooks is an asset
Ability to work flexible hours during peak season, including evenings, weekends and holidays

Competitive salary based on experience and a supportive work environment. This position is seasonal, requiring full time availability during the summer and part time availability throughout the fall and winter.
