We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for the Inclusion Saskatchewan provincial office in Saskatoon. As our Administrative Assistant, youll be at the heart of our provincial operations and the welcoming face of our Saskatoon office. As the first point of contact for our community, youll play a key part in shaping positive experiences and championing our mission of inclusion.

Accountabilities
Provide proactive office administration support, including greeting guests, handling inquiries, processing mail, and managing/redirecting incoming communications.
Coordinate calendar management and meeting logistics in partnership with the CEO office.
Maintain and update member/donor databases, process donations, prepare correspondence and tax receipts, and assist with donor relations and event logistics.
Support general administrative tasks such as document preparation, minute taking, filing, and event planning.
Manage office supplies and inventory, coordinate with IT support and building management as may be required, and ensure common areas are tidy.

Qualifications
A post-secondary office administration program or a university degree.
At least one year of hands-on experience in association administration or a corporate setting.
A tech-savvy professional, confident in using Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Reader, video conferencing tools, and databases to keep our operations seamless.
