In this Coordinator role, you'll be the ultimate champion of all things Human Resources, supporting our incredible team members and ensuring our Club runs smoother than a perfectly executed play. In this role, you will be part of a might team of two, allowing you gain invaluable experience across a diverse range of HR areas while contributing to the success of our organization. This role is ideal for a new grad who is motivated to kick-start their career in HR and thrive in a fast-paced, stimulating industry.


Key Responsibilities:

Generalist Support:
Be the go-to for our team members, providing guidance, information, and support throughout their journey with us.
Keep our HR operations running like a well-oiled machine, handling everything from paperwork to policy inquiries with ease.
Collaborate with different departments to ensure everyone's on the same page and our HR initiatives hit the bullseye every time.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Assist in recruitment efforts, from job advertising to interview coordination, to attract top talent.
Enhance our onboarding practices to ensure a seamless transition for new hires, both salaried and hourly staff.
Benefit Administration:
Support the administration of Club benefit and pension plans, ensuring staff are well-informed and supported.
Provide ongoing communication and training to employees regarding available benefits.
