Full-time access to a vehicle

Minimum non-GDL drivers license

Earning Expectations

Earnings are based on how quickly you develop your painting skills. Most new hires find the learning curve easier than expected. Thanks to our hands-on training and one-on-one coaching, 90% of first-year painters reach a near-professional level within two weeks.

Top performers typically earn $23$25 per hour, while the average across all painters is $20 per hour. A strong work ethic and attention to detail will help you increase your wage quickly and earn promotions. Average summer earnings range around $9,000 from May to August, with top team members earning $12,000+ by applying training, improving quickly, and stepping into leadership roles.
