Duties
Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering multiline phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Perform accurate and efficient data entry while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
Use Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for document creation, data management, and communication.
Maintain organized filing systems to ensure documents are easy to access.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Handle dispatch duties, including dispatching technicians and managing work orders and purchase orders.
Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
Follow up on sales leads.
Oversee daily office operations to ensure an efficient workflow.
