Landscape Construction Foreman

Regina, SK
Full-Time | Seasonal (Mid March/April  November)
$26.50$32.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

We are a growing Regina-based landscape construction company seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Foreman to lead a crew of 25 team members on residential and commercial projects throughout Regina and surrounding area. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and understands how to manage projects efficiently during Saskatchewans short construction season.

What Youll Do:

Lead and supervise a landscape construction crew

Plan labour, materials, and equipment to meet deadlines

Install paving stone, retaining walls, irrigation, grading, planting & timber features

Operate skid steer (H-pattern), 2-ton trucks, and trailers

Ensure job site safety and Saskatchewan OH&S compliance

Read blueprints and oversee quality control

Train and mentor crew members

What Were Looking For:

3+ years landscape or construction experience

Proven crew leadership experience

Valid Class 5 Drivers License

Skid steer and equipment experience

Strong work ethic and reliability

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in prairie weather
