Description

currently seeking an experienced Finish Grader Operator to join our road construction team for the upcoming season. We are looking for a skilled operator who takes pride in precision grading and delivering high-quality finished surfaces.

Work in and around Regina area. Some out of town work may be required.

Job Duties:
-Operate a motor grader to fine grade subgrade, base, and gravel surfaces
-Finish grade for asphalt and concrete paving projects
-Read and interpret grade stakes, site plans, and elevations
-Perform daily circle checks and basic equipment maintenance
-Work closely with foreman, surveyors, and paving crews to ensure accurate grade
-Maintain a safe work environment and follow all company safety policies
-Miscellaneous duties as assigned

Requirements:
-3-5 years experience operating
-Valid drivers license with the ability to get to and from site
-High attention to detail with strong values rooted in health and safety
-Proven ability to achieve tight tolerances and final grade accuracy
-Experience with GPS machine control systems (Topcon/Trimble) considered an asset
-Strong understanding of road building processes and compaction requirements
-Ability to work in a high paced environment with high physical demand
-Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
-Scheduling flexibility as overtime and out of town may be required typically 10 on 4 off shift.
-Steel-toe safety boots are required

START DATE LATE APRIL TO EARLY MAY 2026 but negotiable for the right candidate
