We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Regina branch. This key role directly supports our reputation for service excellence.
Position Overview
The CSR delivers an exceptional customer experience by providing product knowledge, processing orders efficiently, and supporting inside and outside sales teams. You will be the primary point of contact for customers in person, by phone, and by email. Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
Serve customers at the counter, by phone, and by email
Provide accurate product information and order updates
Resolve inquiries and concerns professionally
Order & Sales Support
Process orders and returns; manage follow-ups
Promote products, programs, and value-added services
Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and credit teams
Operations Support
Assist with showroom merchandising and restocking
Pick orders and support inventory counts
Follow company policies and safety standards
Participate in ongoing training and cross-functional support
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
3-5 years experience in customer service or sales
Strong computer skills
