Description

The successful candidate will work onsite in one of the following office locations: Melville, Moose Jaw, Moosomin, North Battleford, Saskatoon, Swift Current, Tisdale, or Yorkton.

-Develop and deliver functional skills training programs for operational staff across Insurance and AgriStability, ensuring content is clear, accessible, and relevant providing a consistent employee experience by using various methodologies of instruction, including eLearning solutions.
-Facilitate and plan virtual and in-person onboarding sessions that ensure a smooth transition for new hires, reinforce organizational standards, and align with SCIC values for a consistent employee experience.
-Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), product managers, operations managers, field supervisors, other trainers, policy teams, and internal committees to develop, update, and validate training content and resources that reflect SCICs current policies, systems, and operational practices.
-Work closely with in-house agronomist to research and maintain best practices related to crop adjusting and in-field safety, reflecting changes in training material
-Evaluate training effectiveness by gathering participant feedback by applying informal assessment methods (e.g., Kirkpatrick Model) for both content and delivery.
