Description

Were looking for an Injury Quality Support Specialist to join our team.

We hope you consider applying if you:
-Can extract, Interpret, and analyze data to support informed decision-making and measure performance.
-Have experience with quality assurance and quality control, with a strong eye for detail and accuracy.
-Understand risk management principles and can identify, assess, and help mitigate potential risks.
-Have strong written and verbal communication skills and are comfortable preparing recommendations and sharing insights with diverse audiences.
-Are driven by continuous improvement and enjoy identifying opportunities to enhance processes and performance.
-Want to leverage your leadership and people skills for good  supporting SGIs culture, building strong relationships, expanding your own learning, and helping others do the same.

Typically, these skills are gained through a four-year degree in a relevant field of study, like Business, and eight years of experience in Quality Control Monitoring or business analytics role (e.g., performing risk assessments and analysis of business problems/data to identify solutions).
