Job Duties:
Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes according to recipes
Supervise and Co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food;
Train staff in job duties, sanitation & safety procedures;
Prepare and submit reports;
Supervise and check assembly of trays;
Supervise and check delivery of foods;
Prepare budget and cost estimates;
Address customers complaints or concerns;
Establish methods to meet work schedules;
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies;
Ensure food service and quality control; and
Maintain records of stocks, repairs, sales and wastage
Education: Secondary school education is required.
Experience: 1 -2 years of experience.
Employment: Full time, permanent position.
