Larwood Shaw Memorial Swimming Pool (LSMP) is looking for an energetic, organized, lifeguard to lead the Lifeguard team, and be responsible for management of operations for the summer of 2026! Our Pool Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily aquatic operations, ensuring patron safety, and facility maintenance while supervising lifeguards, and creating meaningful programming to engage community. This will only be the third summer that our new pool is operating, and now that weve got all of the issues worked out behind the scenes, we are excited to engage the right person to create an unforgettable summer experience for our users, and to be a leader and mentor to our lifeguard team!

Key Areas of Responsibility Include:
- Health & Safety - including coordinating with public health
- Programming - including coordination and registration of swimming lessons
- Human Resources - including staff orientation, scheduling, supervision and mentoring
- Marketing & Public Relations - including working with sponsors for public swim events, and creating a grand opening event
- Finance - including daily financial procedures, and managing the summer budget
