What you will do:  
- The successful candidate will help support the following focus functions of the association and will report and work under the supervision of the Office Manager.  
- Assist customers with general inquiries regarding accounts, payments, invoices, equity and other inquiries.
- Support administration related duties as assigned through daily requirements with all departments.
- Perform various administrative tasks including data entry, correspondence, file maintenance, bank deposits, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Set up customers, send mid-monthly and monthly statements to members and process payments.
- Policy, program, & project support.
- Board meeting preparation.
- Year End process and audit support.
- Be willing to help out in the LeRoy grocery store as needed from time-to-time assisting customers, stocking products and department assistance.

Who are you:
- You have previous related experience in the related focus areas of the position and have an administration background.
- You work well with the public and other team members.
- You have the ability to maintain & demonstrate high morals & business ethics.
- You are honest, reliable, trustworthy and customer service oriented.
- You have strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- You are experienced with Microsoft Office.
