Regina Wellness Wheel Clinic, a non-profit serving Indigenous communities across Saskatchewan, seeks a Full-Time Clinic Manager to oversee clinic operations, administration, and clinical support. This role provides leadership in business operations, finance, HR, marketing, and clinic administration, supporting smooth urban and outreach care. Responsibilities include policies, finances, contracts, staff recruitment and scheduling, EMR systems, front-desk operations, clinical readiness, and supporting program leads. The role is part of a provincial Innovation Fund to improve access to team-based primary care and is temporary until March 31, 2027, with possible extension.

Qualifications: Bachelors in Health, Business, Public Administration, Nursing, or related field (Masters an asset), 35 years progressive healthcare leadership, and experience in clinic operations, HR, finance, policy implementation, team supervision, and EMR systems. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills required.
