Description

McDonald and Laurier Apartments is seeking a caretaker who is responsible for managing the daily operations, cleanliness and maintenance of 2 - 18 suite apartment buildings.  An on-site caretaker would be an asset but is not required.  Key duties include cleaning common areas, performing minor repairs, handling resident emergencies and managing exterior grounds.

Key Responsibilities

Cleaning & Maintenance: weekly vacuuming of hallways and common areas, clean laundry rooms, order cleaning supplies, lawn maintenance & snow removal

Repairs: light fixtures, smoke detectors, minor plumbing & electrical repairs and painting

Operations: answering calls, dealing with tenant emergencies, showing suites, completing move-in/move-out forms, distribute notices, check security doors and report issues to management
