Prairie Valley School Division is inviting applications for the position of Vice Principal at Indian Head High School.  Indian Head High School offers Grade 7 to 12 programming to a projected enrolment of approximately 260 students.  There is a professional staff compliment of 15.50 FTE teachers and 8.37 FTE support staff.  Indian Head High School provides a strong academic program and supports students to become caring, competent, responsible citizens who value education and life-long learning.  Indian Head is located 69km east of Regina.

Education & Experience:
Candidates will have a Bachelor of Education, Professional A teaching certificate, a master's degree in a related field (or willingness to obtain as a condition of employment) and demonstrated leadership experience.  Experience as a school-based administrator is considered an asset.

Skills & Abilities:
By way of cover letter and resume, candidates will demonstrate experience in the 4 competency areas of learning leadership, human resource leadership, setting direction, and professional leadership attributes and orientation.

Terms:  Commencing the start of the 2026-2027 school year.

Compensation & Assignment:
This position includes 40% administrative duties, 60% teaching assignment.  Salary and benefits are outlined in the STF Provincial Collective Bargaining agreement and Local Collective Bargaining Agreement for teachers.  The current administrative allowance is approximately $13,764.
