Description

Under the direct supervision of the Manager of Encore on 8th, the Encore Team Member supports the day-to-day operations of YWCA Reginas Encore Secondhand Market with a primary focus on customer service, donation intake, furniture movement, and oor operations.
This position plays a key role in creating a welcoming, dignied, and trauma-informed shopping and donation experience for customers and donors. This Team Member will support pricing, cleaning, and merchandising of donated items, assists customers with purchases and donors with tax receipts, and provides leadership to volunteers in the absence of the Store Manager.

Skills and Abilities:
Strong communication and customer service / people skills
Detail Oriented
Ability to perform physical labor that involves movement for the majority of shifts and ability to lift items over 50lbs

Qualifications:
Flexible and reliable availability to meet scheduling needs
Organized and efficient with a methodical approach to work practices with strong emphasis on quality
