Position Overview: This role involves a combination of warehouse duties, service and repairs to our Suncoast products and greeting customers in the showroom.
Job Responsibilities:
Service and repair Suncoast products, ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.  This includes addressing leaks, adjusting doors and rescreening.
Assist with warehouse tasks, including material picking, trailer loading/unloading and inventory count
Greet and interact professionally with customers
Qualifications:
Basic Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with and safe use of hand tools such as saws, drills, levels and Accurate reading of tape measure
Attention to Detail: A keen eye to ensure high-quality workmanship
Communication & Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and customers. Must be fluent in English
Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for long periods, lifting and carrying heavy materials, climbing ladders, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel to out-of-town job sites, including occasional overnight stays
Valid Driver's License: A clean driving record and valid license required
Additional Assets:
Framing or Construction Experience: Prior experience in framing or related fields is a significant advantage
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and resolve challenges during installations
Customer Service-Oriented: Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with clients
