Description

Reporting th the Director of Care, the Resident Care Co-ordinator participates in the management of the nursing and personal care needs of residents at Chateau St Michael's.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs a comprehensive assessment of resident health care needs at admission and thereafter as required in order to ensure appropriate levels of resident care are maintained
- Provides clinical expertise to assist in the preparation and delivery of resident care plans and ensures resident charts are appropriately maintained
- Assist with Nursing responsibilities as required
- Communicates with residents and their families promptly, courteously and professionally
- Participates in the semi-annually interdisciplinary care conferences with residents and families
- Perform other duties as required in order to ensure the health and well-being of the residents

Hours of work: Tuesday through Friday 7am - 1630
Must have RN, RPN or LPN valid license
