We are currently seeking our next Customer Service Specialist (Seasonal Full-Time) to join our successful and fast-paced team.
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be a key ambassador of our brand, responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences while supporting daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Educate customers on our lawn care programs and services
Answer customer inquiries professionally and confidently via phone
Process sales orders and verify customer information
Perform accurate data entry and administrative tasks
Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication
Support internal team members to ensure smooth daily operations
What Were Looking For
High School Diploma required; Certificate or Degree in Business, Administration, or related field considered an asset
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong multi-tasking and time management abilities
Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude
