We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in clerical roles. The role involves managing administrative tasks, supporting front desk operations, and ensuring smooth daily office functions.
Responsibilities:
Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records
Utilize Microsoft Office
Provide excellent customer service support to clients and visitors
Support operations, including appointment scheduling and client record management
Maintain organized files both electronically and physically
Handle administrative tasks such as typing correspondence and managing calendars
Support team members with various clerical duties to ensure efficient office workflow
Requirements:
Proven clerical or administrative experience
Works well both independently and as part of a team
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
Ability to handle filing systems efficiently and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Prior experience working in an administrative role is an asset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
