Elkridge Resort is seeking a Golf Course and Resort Superintendent who will play a vital role in managing the upkeep of this pristine resort.

Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience as a Golf Course Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent
2 or 4-year Degree or Certificate in Turf Management, Agronomy, Horticulture, Plant Science or related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to recruit, train and retain high-performing staff.
Expertise in turf grass management, irrigation systems, and the application of fertilizers and pesticides. Valid Pesticide Application License required.
Solid understanding of financial management, including budget development, forecasting, and cost control
Compensation:
$80,000 $100,000 based on experience. Full time, on site from April 1 October 31 of each year. Winter work as required.
