We are looking for an energetic and positive Software Sales & Customer Success Specialist to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales for our custom software solutions, while also working with existing customers to ensure their ongoing success and product satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and qualify new leads from inbound and outbound marketing efforts.
- Engage with prospective clients through cold calling and maintain communication with existing clients.
- Work toward and strive to exceed daily goals for calls and presentations.
- Book and conduct online software demonstrations.
- Build a robust sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on leads.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in sales or customer service; prior experience in software or media sales is an asset.
- Proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales goals.
- Familiarity with technical concepts and the ability to learn quickly.
- Exceptional phone, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Highly motivated self-starter capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Resourceful, curious, and able to quickly grasp new information.
- Basic accounting knowledge and post-secondary education are considered assets.
