Reporting to the Director of Professional Practice, the Learning & Development Specialist plays a key role in supporting REALTOR professionalism through the planning, coordination, and delivery of high-quality member education. With a strong understanding of adult learning principles and a learner-centered approach, this role ensures learning activities are practical and accessible, and aligned with best practice across the real estate profession. The successful candidate is organized, adaptable, and committed to continuously improving how the Association supports member learning and professional growth.

About the SRA
The Association provides leadership and services that support nearly 1,800 REALTORS in Saskatchewan through technology, learning, and advocacy. The Association is also the expert voice invested in bringing insight to public policy makers on matters that affect growth, housing, real estate, and the creation of wealth in our communities.
