Description

The Site Technician is a reliable, efficient, and safety-conscious professional responsible for the upkeep and management of Avanas property portfolio, focusing on both landscaping and general maintenance support. This role involves regular property inspections, groundskeeping, and minor repairs while assisting the maintenance team with repairs as needed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work independently, and committed to maintaining a high standard for all properties.

The candidate must be legally eligible to work in Canada (i.e. Permanent Resident status or Canadian Citizenship) and must have a valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.
