Are you eager to play a crucial role in aligning business strategies with IT innovation? We are seeking a Systems Administrator who will contribute to the success of Ranch Ehrlo by managing and optimising our enterprise infrastructure.

About the Role:
The Systems Administrator is responsible for maintaining and supporting the platform building blocks required for agency-wide use which consist of cloud devices and components. The role applies technical instructions and concepts to successfully configure, develop, diagnose, and maintain the IT sytems, oversee lifecycle processes, and provide top-tier support for current and future applications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Services
* Maintain the platform building blocks required for agency-wide use which may consist of cloud and on-premises systems, devices, and components (server, storage, virtualization, operating systems, and cloud services).
* Responsible for life cycle management of infrastructure building blocks.
* Develop complex integrations between various platforms.
* Solve business problems and increases collaborations and access to data using O365 products and other collaboration tools.
* Monitor and administer management systems, including performance and security compliance.
* Maintain the day-to-day operations of File Sharing, Office365, Exchange, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Voice, Videoconferencing, and other collaboration solution in the future.
* Use complex written communication skills, which may include writing professional/technical proposals, reports, and manuals.
* Assist in disaster recovery procedures for the restoration of services in the event of a disruption.
* Support vendor escalation initiatives, coordination and documentation for problem resolutions and perform service level agreement reviews.

Leadership
* Share specialized knowledge and expertise with team members through peer mentorship and coaching.
