Job Title: HSE Coordinator
Reports To: HSE Lead
Location: Remote worksite

Job Summary: The HSE Coordinator will provide support to the Environmental, Health, and Safety Office.
This position plays a vital role in ensuring that the Environmental, Health, and Safety Office runs effectively
and efficiently providing an essential support service to operations. The HSE Coordinator will support the
department to administer, align, and integrate health and safety procedures with daily operations to an
agreed timetable and plan.

Scope of Responsibilities:
Assist with preparing summary reports, including incident details across all projects and present to
management.
Support the running the quarterly safety meeting with all staff.
Lead and participate in workplace audits and investigations of safety concerns, incidents and accidents
Support the HSE Lead to implement the health and safety program and practices to ensure the health
and safety for internal and external customers.
Provide a professional, responsive and customer focused service to colleagues across the
organization, as well as external suppliers/customers for health and safety operations
Assist the Manager, Corporate Health, Safety & Environmental on the administration of the Health &
Safety Program.
Prepared monthly health and safety performance
