Job Description: Under the direction of the Manager of Nursing, the RN will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care in the Emergency Department.
Human Resources Exemption: No
Education- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
Other Education and Training- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
- Nursing diploma is acceptable
Knowledge and Abilities- Desirable to possess a knowledge of the principles, methods and techniques
- Clinical competence in Acute Care and Emergency/Outpatient Services
Other Information- Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
