Description

We are currently seeking a Senior Communications Specialist on a permanent, full-time basis, located in Regina, SK.

How will you spend your time?
* Lead the development and execution of integrated communications strategies that support SHEPPs
strategic objectives and enhance member, employer, and staff engagement.
* Develop, implement, and evaluate member education and outreach programs that help SHEPP achieve its broader strategic objectives.
* Oversee SHEPPs digital communications ecosystem, including: SHEPPs website, secure portals, email marketing, webinars, social media, and internal intranet, ensuring a seamless, branded experience.
* Drive the creation of high-impact campaigns, publications, and content across all channels, managing multiple projects to deliver on time and on budget.
* Provide strategic advice and leadership, mentoring the Communications team and managing external partners to ensure quality, consistency, and innovation.

What expertise will you bring?
* A post-secondary degree or diploma in communications, public relations, marketing, English, journalism, or other related discipline, supplemented by five or more years of progressively responsible experience.
* Experience developing marketing programs from research to execution and evaluation.
* Experience developing and executing communications strategies and plans, including campaigns to engage diverse audiences.
* Thorough knowledge of digital communications strategies and experience with new media technologies, email marketing, social media, webinars, photography, and videography.
* Public speaking experience with proven ability to communicate complex topics in a meaningful and understandable way.
