EVRGREEN Caf & Wine Bar is hiring two seasonal kitchen team members for summer service in a high-volume lake town located inside Prince Albert National Park.
We operate a scratch kitchen focused on house-made baking, fermentation, and seasonal menu development. This role is ideal for culinary students or recent graduates seeking meaningful, hands-on production experience in a fast-paced environment.Staff housing may be available for qualified seasonal employees.
This is a collaborative role. Both team members share responsibility for production, prep, and service execution.
Responsibilities
Daily scratch baking (breads, pastries, doughs)
Managing fermentation schedules
Seasonal prep and ingredient processing
Contributing to feature development
Executing service during peak summer volume
Maintaining clean, organized kitchen standards
