High-Volume Coffee Service | MaySeptember
EVRGREEN Caf & Wine Bar is hiring seasonal baristas for peak summer service in a high-volume lake town inside Prince Albert National Park.
Summer here is fast-paced and demanding. We serve long lineups and require efficiency, consistency, and professionalism under pressure.
This is a performance-based service role. Staff housing may be available for qualified seasonal employees.
Responsibilities
High-volume espresso and beverage production


Maintaining speed and drink accuracy during peak rush


Clear communication with team during service


POS operation and cash handling


Keeping stations stocked, clean, and organized


Qualifications
Previous caf or high-volume service experience preferred


Strong sense of urgency


Calm and focused under pressure


Reliable and punctual


Available MaySeptember, including weekends
