Charan Property Management is looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our Regina office. This is a full-time, permanent position with a well-established and growing property management company. We are seeking applicants who are committed to building a long-term career with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and manage property and tenant data using our property management software
- Schedule property inspections, maintenance, and team activities
- Draft, send, and track enforcement letters and policy notices to tenants and owners
- Provide professional customer service follow-up via email, phone, and text
- Support the property management team with additional administrative tasks as needed
Who You Are:
- Legally eligible to work in Canada (permanent resident or citizen)
- Experienced in office administration or property management (preferred)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software tools
- Committed to a long-term, stable career
