We are seeking motivated individuals who enjoy working outside with a great team. When finished properly there is nothing better than fresh asphalt, from driveways to highways and patches in between, we complete it all. There are rarely repetitive days, instead it is learning and growing as an individual and as a team.

Our company starts work around the Swift Current area then will move to various locations in Saskatchewan.

Shift

- 10 days on and 4 days off, 5 during holiday weekends
- work an average of 12 hours a day, overtime pay after 8 hours

Wages
-$35/hour starting we are negotiable based on experience
-1A drivers licence is preferred and easier to negotiate a higher wage
-$120/day allowance

Currently hiring for a roller and backhoe operator

Roller operator
-need at least 3 years of previous experience in the role
-be able to efficiently break down and finish asphalt to a high quality
-must be able to maintain operating fluid levels of the machine.
-keep it tidy

Backhoe operator
-need at least 3 years of previous operation in the role
- will be required to pick up piles of asphalt cleanly
-unload a semi truck by using the front bucket
-experience with the back end of the hoe to take high spots off the road
-keep machine tidy and maintain operating fluid levels

Other role duties
-work well with a team
-not afraid to get hands dirty, pick up shovel broom, etc
- with 1A licence it is intended to be able to load machine and drive loaded semi to next job site with the rest of the crew
-communicate effectively with and member of the team
