Looking for full-time work where you can develop real skills, earn strong income, and be part of a motivated team?

We are hiring full-time Residential Painters for the 2026 season. This role is ideal for individuals taking a gap year, finishing school, or seeking hands-on outdoor work with consistent hours.

No prior painting experience is required. We provide full training and on-site coaching.

Responsibilities

Residential interior and exterior painting

Surface preparation (sanding, scraping, priming, caulking)

Ladder setup and safe job-site organization

Maintaining clean, professional work environments

Working as part of a team to complete projects on schedule

Mandatory Requirements

Full-time access to a vehicle

Minimum Class 5 (non-GDL) drivers license

Available full-time AprilOctober

Physically capable of lifting ladders and working outdoors

Legally eligible to work in Canada
