Description

Camponi Housing Corporation is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Development Specialist to support work across multiple departments. Reporting to the Special Advisor to the Joint Oversight Steering Committee, this role contributes to strategic initiatives in policy, program coordination, and funding acquisition.

The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for maintenance planning, and policy development including, creating, implementing, and overseeing maintenance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure efficient asset management and operational reliability. Key responsibilities involve developing work plans.  The role requires strong analytical, technical, and communication skills to coordinate with teams, manage resources.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Post-secondary education in a related field.
Maintenance policy developments.
3+ years experience in policy, program coordination, and/or grant writing.
Strong research, writing, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Experience working with Indigenous communities is a strong asset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Additional Assets
Knowledge of housing policy, Indigenous governance, or community development.
Experience with stakeholder engagement and funding programs.
