Assist the Store Manager in planning, organizing, directing and evaluating the overall operations of the grocery store, including grocery, meat, produce and front-end departments
Participate in developing and implementing operational policies and performance standards to ensure efficiency, customer satisfaction and profitability
Support the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets, revenue targets and operating expenses
Review financial reports, sales data and profit margins, and recommend strategic improvements to enhance performance
Participate in staffing decisions, including recruitment, performance management and disciplinary actions
Oversee department supervisors and ensure effective workforce coordination across all departments
Support supplier negotiations and monitor purchasing agreements and pricing structures
Assist in developing and executing marketing, promotional and pricing initiatives
Ensure compliance with health, safety, employment and food safety regulations
Represent management in operational meetings and external business discussions as required
Assume full managerial responsibility for store operations in the absence of the Store Manager

Education Require: College or other non-univeristy certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
