The Ministry of Social Services is seeking Childrens Service Workers to provide protective, preventative and supportive services to children and families using the P.R.I.D.E. and Family Centered Case Management Models of Practice. Responsibilities include casework and permanency planning, developing and implementing case plans, supporting children in care through appropriate placements, coordinating with First Nation Child and Family Service agencies and community organizations, assessing referrals, and maintaining collaborative relationships with families, caregivers and professional partners.
Candidates must have a Bachelor of Social Work, Bachelor of Indigenous Social Work, a Human Service Degree with related experience, or a Social Work Certificate with related experience, along with a valid Saskatchewan drivers licence and the ability to work flexible hours and travel.
