Description

The Ministry of Highways, North Battleford District Operations is seeking two term Ferry Operators to operate and supervise the operation of the Paynton Ferry, transporting vehicles and passengers across the North Saskatchewan River.
Duties include safely operating the ferry, assisting passengers, working variable shifts throughout the week and reporting to whichever side of the river the ferry docks overnight. Candidates must hold a valid Class 5 drivers licence, be able to work safely in all duties and will be subject to a criminal record check.
